What an incredible pastry experience definitely a place you have to visit. Not only where their pastry is incredible and fresh, they make their coffee in house with a roaster and that is really cool. Easy parking everywhere. Finally, the decor was really cool and felt like a really hip coffee shop. Highly recommend.

Another little gem on the las Vegas coffee trail. Small batches of beautiful roasts. Light roast. Medium toasts. Espresso is not burnt like Starbucks. Pour over carefully measured by a real barista. Serious coffee. Low volume. Happy.

This is a hidden little gem in Chinatown. Highly emphasize the hidden, you probably have driven past this place a dozen or more times in your day to day of you're in the area. But it's a fantastic spot. It's very small so you might have to get your order to go, but it's worth it. They have a great staff and a very nice menu. It's also a roaster so they have their own coffee. I had some tea and empanadas and that was a treat. They make them to order so they are as fresh as they can be. Awesome spot to check out if you can.

Take It Easy Roasters is a gem of a coffee shop! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, welcoming customer service that makes you feel right at home. The space is beautiful — clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfect whether you’re meeting a friend or getting some work done.

Absolutely exceptional coffee here. They roast their own beans and are all passionate about coffee. The food is freshly made right there for you to watch. Do not hesitate to visit, be thirsty, be hungry head to this shop. You will not regret.

Great experience. Liked the cortado so much that I bought a couple pounds of their beans. Their espresso machine was unique in that it was built into the counter and there was a flow profile setup by the roaster to get the best out of that specific blend. Highly recommend. Didn’t have one of these cookie croissants but thought it was noteworthy enough to take a picture of.

This is easily my favorite coffee shop in town. Take it Easy Roasters is nestled in the heart of Chinatown and I’m so glad I ran across this place! They have the cutest storefront and the most incredible espresso machine setup! We came here to grab a quick snack and coffee break and got the Ch-ube latte, Hoji-Thai latte , burnt suga, and the pumpkin cream cheese tart. Watching the drinks being made explains everything - you can tell the baristas take pride in their craft and they made the most perfect drinks I’ve ever tasted. I seriously can’t wait to go back to Vegas just for this!
